Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp basil seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp rose water
  • 1 tbsp keto sweetener
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Soak basil seeds in water for 10–15 minutes.
  • Mix almond milk, rose water, vanilla, and sweetener in a bowl.
  • Add ice to chill the mixture.
  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • In a tall glass, layer soaked basil seeds, then pour in the almond milk.
  • Top with whipped cream.
