- Almond Flour: 1 cup
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 1 ½ cups
- Egg: 1
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
- Baking Powder: 1 tsp
- Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Oregano Optional: ½ tsp
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese and egg to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Drizzle in the olive oil and stir until fully incorporated.
Divide dough into 4-6 portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten into discs.
