Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 1 cup
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 1 ½ cups
  • Egg: 1
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder: 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Oregano Optional: ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add shredded mozzarella cheese and egg to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Drizzle in the olive oil and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Divide dough into 4-6 portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten into discs.
  • Cook the flatbreads in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side or bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder or herbs before serving.
