  • Mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon or spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Melted butter and garlic powder (for brushing) optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway through until melted and smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the egg to the mixture and stir.
  • Pour the melted cheese mixture into the flour mixture. Stir until the dough is combined. It will be a little sticky but manageable.
  • Divide the dough into 6-8 portions and roll each into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Optional: Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder for extra flavor.
  • Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
