- 2 lbs ground turkey
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix ground turkey, almond flour, egg, garlic, onion, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Press half of the mixture into the pan, making a shallow groove.
Add crumbled feta evenly into the groove.
Cover with the remaining turkey mixture, sealing the edges.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temp reaches 165°F.
