- Almond flour: 1 cup
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
- Eggs: 2 large
- Heavy cream: 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Sweetener: 2 tbsp
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Mix until smooth.
