- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large yellow onions thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- Salt pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
- Optional: thyme rosemary, parmesan
