- Yellow Onions 4 large
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Beef Broth 4 cups
- Garlic 2 cloves, minced
- Thyme 1 teaspoon dried
- Bay Leaf 1
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Swiss Cheese 1 cup, grated
- Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup, grated
Slice the onions thinly.
