- 2 cups cucumber sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil
