Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or stevia (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp  vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Beat the heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth. If making chocolate mousse, add unsweetened cocoa powder during this step.
  • Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Avoid overmixing to maintain the mousse's airy texture.
  • Divide the mixture into serving cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, garnish with fresh berries, cocoa powder, or keto-friendly chocolate shavings as desired.
