- Heavy whipping cream — 1 cup
- Cream cheese softened — ¼ cup
- Powdered erythritol or stevia — 2 tbsp or to taste
- Vanilla extract — ½ tbsp
- Unsweetened cocoa powder optional — 1 tbsp
