Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 –3 tbsp keto sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup kiwi
  • Optional: nuts or shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix almond flour, melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla; press into pizza shape.
  • Bake crust 12–15 min until golden; cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese, whipping cream, sweetener, and vanilla until fluffy.
  • Spread cream over cooled crust.
  • Arrange sliced fruits on top.
  • Chill 30 min before slicing.
  • Slice into wedges and serve.
