- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 –3 tbsp keto sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup kiwi
- Optional: nuts or shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix almond flour, melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla; press into pizza shape.
Bake crust 12–15 min until golden; cool completely.
Beat cream cheese, whipping cream, sweetener, and vanilla until fluffy.
Spread cream over cooled crust.
Arrange sliced fruits on top.
Chill 30 min before slicing.
Slice into wedges and serve.
