- 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced steak
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then remove it from the pan.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
Mix the cooked beef, sautéed veggies, and cream cheese in a bowl, then spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
