Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced steak
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then remove it from the pan.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
  • Mix the cooked beef, sautéed veggies, and cream cheese in a bowl, then spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
