Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, baking powder, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and melted butter to the mixture and stir until the dough comes together. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more almond flour to reach a dough-like consistency.
  • Scoop out small portions of dough and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top and firm to the touch.
  • While the bites are baking, melt the remaining butter in a small saucepan. Stir in the minced garlic and Italian herbs, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
  • Once the garlic bread bites are done baking, remove them from the oven and brush them with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring each bite is fully coated.
  • Let the garlic bread bites cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them as a snack, side dish, or appetizer!
