Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 1 1/2 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups
  • Cream Cheese: 2 oz
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder: 1 tsp
  • Italian Seasoning: 1 tsp
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Parsley: optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  • Whisk almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a separate bowl.
  • Combine melted cheese, dry ingredients, and eggs until a dough forms.
  • Shape the dough into a flatbread or form into small rolls on the baking sheet. This dough will not rise like traditional bread, so shaping it accordingly ensures the best results.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
