- Almond Flour: 1 1/2 cups
- Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups
- Cream Cheese: 2 oz
- Eggs: 2 large
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
- Baking Powder: 1 tsp
- Italian Seasoning: 1 tsp
- Butter: 2 tbsp
- Parsley: optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
Whisk almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a separate bowl.
Combine melted cheese, dry ingredients, and eggs until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into a flatbread or form into small rolls on the baking sheet. This dough will not rise like traditional bread, so shaping it accordingly ensures the best results.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
