- Almond Flour – 2 cups
- Baking Powder – 2 teaspoons
- Eggs – 2 large
- Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Cream Cheese – 4 oz
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Butter – 1/4 cup, melted
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Parsley – for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and melted butter.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
Wet your hands and divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Shape them into balls and place on the baking sheet.
Flatten the rolls slightly and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Meanwhile, melt butter and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes.
When the rolls are done, brush them with garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
