Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour – 2 cups
  • Baking Powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup, shredded
  • Cream Cheese – 4 oz
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Butter – 1/4 cup, melted
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley – for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and melted butter.
  • Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Wet your hands and divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Shape them into balls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Flatten the rolls slightly and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  • When the rolls are done, brush them with garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
