- Chicken thighs 4-6
- Garlic 4-6 cloves
- Heavy cream 1 cup
- Chicken broth ½ cup
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese ½ cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs optional
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
