- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds to melt the cheese, then stir until smooth.
