Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds to melt the cheese, then stir until smooth.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until the dough is thick and sticky.
  • Wet your hands and form the dough into small rolls, about 8-10.
  • Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
