Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp  Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush each pork chop with olive oil on both sides.
  • Press the oiled side of each pork chop into the parmesan mixture to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
