- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Liquid stevia optional
Wash the spinach and dry it thoroughly.
Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
Slice the cucumber into chunks.
Add all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
