Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices keto bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1 tbsp butter softened
  • garlic powder or mustard for flavor Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of keto bread.
  • Place one slice, buttered side down, in the skillet. Add cheese and top with the second slice, buttered side up.
  • Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing lightly with a spatula, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Slice and enjoy warm!
