- 2 slices keto bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 1 tbsp butter softened
- garlic powder or mustard for flavor Optional
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of keto bread.
Place one slice, buttered side down, in the skillet. Add cheese and top with the second slice, buttered side up.
Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing lightly with a spatula, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Slice and enjoy warm!
