Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb large shrimp

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  • Place shrimp in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re fully coated. Refrigerate for 15-120 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
  • Skewer the shrimp, leaving space between each.
  • Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, basting with leftover marinade.
  • Remove from grill and let rest briefly before serving.
