- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 lb large shrimp
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Place shrimp in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re fully coated. Refrigerate for 15-120 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
