Ingredients
  

  • Cream Cheese 8 oz
  • Greek Yogurt ½ cup
  • Whey Protein Powder ¼ cup
  • Erythritol or Monk Fruit Sweetener to taste
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  • Almond Flour optional for crust
  • Heavy Cream 2 tbsp
  • Butter optional for crust
  • Fresh Strawberries ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crust by melting butter and mixing with almond flour and sweetener. Press into jars.
  • Beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Spoon cheesecake mixture into jars.
