- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay or paprika mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 6 –8 oz lump crab meat
- Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and seasonings.
Fold in mozzarella and parmesan.
Gently mix in crab meat.
Spread into baking dish and top with extra cheese (optional).
Bake 18–22 mins until bubbly. Broil for extra browning if desired.
