- Ground Beef: 1 lb
- Cheese Shredded: 1 ½ cups
- Eggs: 3 large
- Heavy Cream: ½ cup
- Mustard: 1 tbsp
- Pickles: ¼ cup
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
- Salt & Pepper: to taste
Heat the skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it apart until browned.
Drain the excess fat, leaving a little for flavor.
Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, mustard, and chopped pickles.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together, then add 1 cup of cheese.
