Ingredients
  

  • Ground Beef: 1 lb
  • Cheese Shredded: 1 ½ cups
  • Eggs: 3 large
  • Heavy Cream: ½ cup
  • Mustard: 1 tbsp
  • Pickles: ¼ cup
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Salt & Pepper: to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it apart until browned.
  • Drain the excess fat, leaving a little for flavor.
  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, mustard, and chopped pickles.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together, then add 1 cup of cheese.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the beef, then stir in the remaining cheese.
  • Transfer everything to a pie dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  • Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
