Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Avocado oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add egg and Greek yogurt, mixing until dough forms. Rest for 5 minutes.
  • Shape dough into discs about ¼ inch thick.
  • Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry each disc 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Serve warm with desired toppings.
