- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp salt
- Avocado oil (for frying)
Mix almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add egg and Greek yogurt, mixing until dough forms. Rest for 5 minutes.
Shape dough into discs about ¼ inch thick.
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry each disc 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Serve warm with desired toppings.
