- Ground beef 1 lb
- Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
- Almond flour 1/4 cup
- Egg 1 large
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- Zucchini 2 large
- Marinara sauce 1 cup
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
