Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 1 ½ cups
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1 ½ cups
  • Eggs: 3 large
  • Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Jalapenos: 2
  • Cream Cheese: 4 oz
  • Butter: ¼ cup
  • Garlic Powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add melted butter and shredded cheese to the egg mixture, and stir.
  • Fold in chopped jalapenos.
  • Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool before slicing.
