- Chicken breast: 4-5 pieces
- Cream cheese: 8 oz
- Shredded cheddar cheese: 1.5 cups
- Jalapeños: 3-4
- Bacon: 4-5 slices
- Heavy cream: 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder: 1 tsp
- Onion powder: 1 tsp
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes per side. Allow to cool before cutting into bite-sized cubes.
While the chicken is cooling, chop jalapeños and cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Mix until smooth.
Add chicken cubes and chopped jalapeños, stirring to coat evenly.
Transfer to a greased casserole dish and top with additional cheddar cheese.
