  • Almond flour 2 cups
  • Coconut flour 1/4 cup
  • Sweetener 3/4 cup
  • Unsalted butter 1 cup
  • Eggs 4 large
  • Heavy cream 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Grease and flour the Bundt pan.
  • Whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cream the butter and sweetener until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, followed by cream and vanilla.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
  • Melt butter and mix with glaze ingredients.
  • Pour glaze over the warm cake and let cool.
