- Erythritol: 2 tablespoons crust & ¼ cup (filling)
- Cream cheese: 8 ounces
- Heavy cream: ½ cup
- Lime juice: ¼ cup
- Lime zest: 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin: 1 tablespoon
In a food processor, combine almond flour, melted butter, and erythritol. Press into a parchment-lined baking dish and chill.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, lime juice, lime zest, erythritol, and gelatin. Mix until fully combined.
