- Almond flour – 1 1/2 cups
- Butter – 1/4 cup
- Erythritol – 1/4 cup
- Cream cheese – 8 oz
- Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
- Fresh lime juice – 1/4 cup
- Lime zest – 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin – 1 tablespoon
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine almond flour, butter, and erythritol. Mix well until crumbly.
