- Baking Powder: 1 ½ tsp
- Erythritol or Monk Fruit Sweetener: 1 cup
- Butter: ½ cup
- Eggs: 4 large
- Lime Zest: 2 tsp
- Lime Juice: 2 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
