Ingredients
  

  • Kielbasa (12 oz)
  • Cauliflower (1 medium head)
  • Chicken Broth (4 cups)
  • Heavy Cream (1/2 cup)
  • Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • Onion (1 small, diced)
  • Butter (2 tbsp)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Paprika (1 tsp)

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a soup pot, sauté sliced kielbasa until golden, and set aside.
  • Cook onion and garlic in the same pot until softened.
  • Add cauliflower and chicken broth, then simmer until tender.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender.
  • Return kielbasa to the pot, stir in heavy cream, and season with spices.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, serve hot, and enjoy.
