- Tomato Sauce 1 ½ cups
- Ricotta Cheese 1 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups
- Parmesan Cheese ½ cup
- Egg 1
- Zucchini 3
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Italian Seasoning 1 tsp
Slice zucchini lengthwise, salt, and dry.
Brown ground beef in a skillet and mix with tomato sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Combine ricotta, egg, and Parmesan in a bowl.
