Ingredients
  

  • Ground Beef 1 lb
  • Tomato Sauce 1 ½ cups
  • Ricotta Cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups
  • Parmesan Cheese ½ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Zucchini 3
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Italian Seasoning 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Slice zucchini lengthwise, salt, and dry.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet and mix with tomato sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Combine ricotta, egg, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  • Layer meat sauce, zucchini, cheese mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
  • Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, covering for the first 20 minutes.
  • Rest for 10 minutes, slice, and serve.
