- 2-3 chicken breasts (diced)
- 4 cups bone broth
- 2 medium lemons
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 stalk celery (diced)
- 1 small carrot (diced)
- Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Dice chicken, carrots, celery, and garlic.
Sauté the diced vegetables and garlic in a pot with olive oil for 4-5 minutes.
