Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lemon slice (optional)
  • Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or brush with olive oil.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, brush generously with marinade, and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
