1 cup heavy cream 8 oz cream cheese 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp lemon zest 1/4 cup powdered erythritol 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Zest and juice the lemon. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Whip the heavy cream in a cold bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
