  • Powdered erythritol – ¼ cup
  • Butter – ¼ cup
  • Cream cheese – 2 oz
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Lemon zest – 1 lemon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Shredded coconut – ¼ cup optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
