Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a tray with parchment.
  • Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
  • Stir in almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Add egg and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  • Roll into 12 balls and place on tray.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle toppings.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
