- Cauliflower, 1 large head
- Cheddar cheese, 1 cup
- Sour cream, 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese, 1/4 cup
- Heavy cream, 1/4 cup
- Bacon, 4 slices
- Green onions, 2
- Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender but firm. Drain well.
Whisk sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Place drained cauliflower in a greased baking dish and coat with the cheese mixture.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon and sliced green onions over the top. Serve warm.
