- 6 cups low-carb bread cubed
- 6 slices chicken or turkey bacon chopped
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1 tsp each sage thyme, rosemary
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Toast cubed bread for 10 minutes.
Sauté onions, celery, and garlic in butter until soft.
