Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • cup granulated sweetener
  • 3 large eggs
  • cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the madeleine pan.
  • Beat eggs and sweetener until pale and fluffy.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Fold dry ingredients into the egg mixture, then add melted butter and vanilla.
  • Spoon batter into the pan, filling ¾ full.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
