Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the eggs, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and salt to your blender or food processor.
  • Blend for about 10 seconds until everything is well combined.
  • Slowly add the avocado oil while the blender is running, in a thin stream.
  • Once all the oil is added, blend for 20-30 seconds until the mayo is thick and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
