- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Mix beef, pork, egg, Parmesan, almond flour, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Shape into meatballs and sear in a skillet with olive oil.
Transfer to a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
