- 16 medium mushrooms
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet.
Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Mix ground beef, Parmesan, egg, seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Form small meatballs and stuff into mushrooms.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
