Ingredients
  

  • 16 medium mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet.
  • Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  • Mix ground beef, Parmesan, egg, seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Form small meatballs and stuff into mushrooms.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
