Ingredients
  

  • Ground Beef 1 lb
  • Almond Flour 1 cup
  • Shredded Cheese 1 ½ cups
  • Egg 1 large
  • Taco Seasoning 2 tbsp
  • Salsa ½ cup
  • Fresh Cilantro ¼ cup
  • Olives optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, egg, and shredded cheese until you form a dough.
  • Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in your desired shape.
  • Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain the fat, and add taco seasoning.
  • Once the crust is done, remove from the oven and top with cooked beef, salsa, and cheese.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with cilantro and olives, slice, and serve!
