- Ground Beef 1 lb
- Almond Flour 1 cup
- Shredded Cheese 1 ½ cups
- Egg 1 large
- Taco Seasoning 2 tbsp
- Salsa ½ cup
- Fresh Cilantro ¼ cup
- Olives optional
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix almond flour, egg, and shredded cheese until you form a dough.
Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in your desired shape.
Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden and firm.
Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain the fat, and add taco seasoning.
