- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
Mix ground beef, egg, Parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings.
Flatten a small portion of the mixture, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and seal it into a ball.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes.
