Ingredients
  

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the onion into 1/4-inch rings; separate them.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk eggs in another bowl.
  • Dip onion rings in egg wash, then coat in almond flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F.
  • Fry onion rings in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
