- Ground beef or turkey 1 ½ pounds
- Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup
- Almond flour ½ cup
- Eggs 2 large
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- Sugar-free ketchup ½ cup
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp
