  • Ground beef or turkey 1 ½ pounds
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup
  • Almond flour ½ cup
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • Sugar-free ketchup ½ cup
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a loaf pan.

  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the pan.
  • Make the glaze by mixing ketchup, Worcestershire, and mustard. Spread it over the loaf.
