Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Scoop portions onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12 minutes until edges are golden, then broil for 1 minute.
