Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium yellow squash
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice yellow squash into 1/4-inch rounds.
  • In a bowl, toss squash with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over each slice.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.
